Other Participating Consultants

UMA works with a team of approximately two dozen independent consultants - actuaries, lawyers, operations experts and other insurance sector specialists. Each one runs  their own, stand-alone, consulting practice. Some choose to do that on a full-time basis, while others prefer to limit their consulting activities. All rely on UMA to evaluate potential projects and make initial connections between clients and consultants with appropriate expertise.  

UMA will typically arrange discussions between clients and several prospective consultants to allow them to discuss the project, and determine the best "fit".  In some cases, multiple resources may be appropriate. Rest assured that UMA has selected participating consultants who collaborate effectively, respecting each others' expertise,  and providing "a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts".
